Chil-Chil’s BL Award goods are coming to two U.S. conventions this summer, with select BL Award 2025 and BL Award 2024 items set to be sold through Kinokuniya Bookstore booths at Anime Expo and Otakon.
The sale will begin at Anime Expo, which will take place in Los Angeles, California from July 2 to July 5, 2026. The goods will also be available at Otakon in Washington, D.C. from July 31 to August 2, 2026.

According to Chil-Chil, the convention sale will include part of the BL Award 2025 and BL Award 2024 commemorative goods lineups. The announcement does not list every item that will be available at the booths, so fans should check with Kinokuniya at the event for the final selection.
BL Award 2026 goods will not be sold at these convention booths. Chil-Chil noted that BL Award 2026 commemorative goods are planned for a future U.S. release through Kinokuniya Bookstore locations and other channels, with more information to be announced later.

The BL Award 2025 goods were originally released around a night-pool theme, with illustrated merchandise such as postcards, acrylic stands, badges, trading cards, visual boards, acrylic blocks and heart-shaped keychains. The BL Award 2024 goods used a softer “mofu mofu” and animal-ear theme, with items such as postcards, clear files, acrylic stands, acrylic keychains, acrylic plates, heart badges, trading cards and trading-card cases.
Chil-Chil also noted that returns and exchanges for the U.S. convention sales will not be handled by Chil-Chil directly. Buyers will need to contact Kinokuniya USA for support regarding items purchased in the United States.
A Japan pop-up shop for BL Award goods is also scheduled to begin at Animate Ikebukuro on August 21, 2026. Chil-Chil said more details about the domestic sales lineup and entry information will be announced later.
