Frontier Works has released the sixth and final volume of Heaven Official’s Blessing (天官賜福) in Japan, bringing Mo Xiang Tong Xiu’s danmei fantasy to a close under the Daria Series Uni imprint. The Japanese release has now surpassed 500,000 cumulative copies sold. That figure is separate from Mo Xiang Tong Xiu’s earlier work Mo Dao Zu Shi (Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation), which the release notes has passed 600,000 copies in Japan on its own.

Volume 6 carries cover art by 日出的小太陽 and is translated by 鄭穎馨. It’s available now in two editions: a standard edition at 2,530 yen and a special edition at 9,900 yen, both tax included. The special edition adds six items: twelve illustration cards, thirteen clear character cards, a newly drawn acrylic stand, a metal bookmark, a color illustration shikishi, and a reproduction signed card.

Retailer bonuses vary by store. Animate’s exclusive bundle includes a storage box for the full six volume set, sold separately. Stellaworth’s exclusive bundle adds a tapestry and can badge. Kinokuniya is distributing a receipt printed with new illustration art, and select bookstores are offering illustration cards to buyers of either edition while supplies last.

Frontier Works is also running two promotional placements to mark the conclusion. A large ad is running at JR Ikebukuro Station’s Panorama Ikebukuro A concourse from July 20 through July 26, and a special PV is airing on the GiGO flagship store’s vision screen from July 10 through September 3.

Heaven Official’s Blessing follows Xie Lian, once the crown prince of Xianle who ascended to godhood at seventeen only to be cast out of the heavens twice over his own actions. Eight hundred years later, he ascends a third time to find himself without believers and treated as an outcast among the other gods. Working to rebuild a following in the mortal realm, he meets a young man calling himself San Lang, who grows close to him even as his unexplained familiarity with both the heavenly and ghost realms suggests he’s hiding something. The novel followed Mo Dao Zu Shi as Mo Xiang Tong Xiu’s next serialized work, concluded its web run in 2018, and has continued expanding through manga and anime adaptations since the anime’s 2021 Japanese debut.
