Chinese merchandise brand Bao Bao’s Valley (包包的谷) has opened a new officially licensed Heaven Official’s Blessing anime line, the 歳和紙影 (Saiwa Shiei, “paper shadow”) series, centered on leads Xie Lian and Hua Cheng. Produced under bilibili’s donghua license, the collection is a China-exclusive release currently being made available to overseas buyers through Japanese proxy services.

The line is organized around two illustration themes, 半紙煙雨 (“misty rain”) and 一幕微光 (“one scene of faint light”), with most items offered in both. Trading goods anchor the lower end: pin badges, instax-style photos, acrylic magnets, bromide prints, and acrylic cards, each sold in blind boxes of six. The badges and instax sets run to eight designs total, six standard plus two special. Larger single pieces include acrylic prayer charms hung on knotted cord with a beaded tassel, half-size acrylic shikishi boards, light-up acrylic stands roughly 190mm tall, and hanging scroll tapestries measuring 534×295mm, each split across the two themes.

The series takes its name from its centerpiece, a papercut light (切り絵ライト), a framed three-dimensional layered paper-and-acrylic piece that renders its scene with real physical depth, lit from within. Two versions are offered, one per theme, each in limited quantity, measuring 190×235×60mm.

At the base level the line starts at 1,320 yen per trading box through proxy listings, with the larger pieces priced individually. Everything is currently a pre-order. Because the set is sold in China and reaches most international buyers through proxy, arrival estimates run long, with the listing consulted for this piece citing roughly 120 days.

Heaven Official’s Blessing follows Xie Lian, a thrice-ascended god who meets the enigmatic Hua Cheng while rebuilding his standing in the mortal realm. The donghua adaptation continues to fuel a steady stream of officially licensed merchandise, of which the 歳和紙影 line ranks among the more elaborate recent examples.
